The WBP

The WBP-List

There is an Internet mailing list (listserv) for parents of band students at Westlake High School, called the WBP-List. There is no charge to be a subscriber to the list. Any member can send messages to the list. Then, the email will be distributed out to all the other members.

The purpose of the WBP-List is to support the band programs of EISD through the positive exchange of information.

Guidelines:

Current band parents and students are eligible to be members of the email list. Others may be added at the discretion of the directors.
The email list is not the proper forum for complaints. Concerns or criticisms regarding the band program should be communicated solely to the directors.
This list is for non-commercial purposes only.

The list is moderated from time to time. This is to permit the moderator to block e-mails which might carry computer viruses or spam. However, it could be possible that an e-mail containing a virus might reach you through the list. Please use anti-virus software on your computer. The moderator also may block messages whose content does not seem appropriate for the list.
