TRAFFIC AND PARKING

VOLUNTEER PARKING: Parking at the Stadium is restricted - get a permit before Saturday if you have a good reason for being there most of the day. Please allow our paying visitors to use the Shriner lot and other nearby areas by parking elsewhere if possible. The FAF, Administration and NGC lots will also be restricted for parts of the day.

Early arrivals can probably find space in the areas marked with a V on the map; Eanes Elementary is also available just a short walk from the stadium. It will get crowded in the middle of the afternoon; we suggest you use the shuttle from Valley View. Usually by 3:00 pm the NGC/tennis lot will have spaces available. Afternoon and evening shift workers will find heavy traffic - allow time for parking and walking to your position.

Beginning at 1:00 pm we will open overflow parking at Valley View Elementary, 1201 Loop 360 S., which is about a half mile north of the Westlake HS campus. Turn east off Loop 360 at the light marked Lost Creek Boulevard and loop back to the first school parking areas.
A Free Shuttle will begin at 1:00 with stops at the stadium entry, the Shriner lot and the Valley View overflow lot. The Shuttle will run every fifteen minutes until 11:00 pm.

HANDICAP PARKING: There are plenty of reserved handicap spaces right at the stadium entry. Feel free to come down Camp Craft Road and through gate F.

CAMP CRAFT ROAD will be restricted to Pit equipment vehicles, Handicap parkers and others with permitted vehicle access to the stadium. Please do not obstruct traffic by parking on this narrow lane or the adjoining residential streets.

ALL DRIVERS - Please obey the instructions of our orange vested traffic managers and the deputies from the Travis County Sheriff's Department who are helping with security in the parking areas and traffic flow.

IN CASE YOU NEED TO HELP A VISITOR - HERE ARE BRIEF INSTRUCTIONS:
SPECTATOR PARKING: Parking in the immediate vicinity of the Stadium is very limited. Spectators can park in the large Shriner lot, which is the first left on Westbank Drive from Loop 360. Please allow 10 -15 minutes to get into the stadium from here. Around 3:00 pm we will open the NGC/tennis lot across from gate C to spectators. Allow 10 - 15 minutes to walk around the school to get into the stadium from here.

PIT EQUIPMENT VEHICLES: Only equipment trucks and trailers, NOT BUSES, should be brought down Camp Craft Road, a narrow winding street, to the stadium at gate F.

BUSES: All band buses should arrive through gate B, which is the first traffic light on Westbank Drive from either Loop 360 or Bee Cave Road (FM 2244). Band students will unload at the entrance near gate D before moving to your warm-up area.
In the morning, buses for all AAA and AAAA bands will be directed to park in the NGC/tennis lot across Westbank Drive from gate C.
The AAAAA bands and others returning in the afternoon or evening will be parked in the FAF lot through gate E after unloading.
